			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Almost eight months after Starbucks Corp. began selling its Via instant coffee in Seattle and Chicago, the company extended the offering of the dissolvable drink to the rest of the country and in its Canadian stores on September 29, 2009.</p>
<p>Clearly, Starbucks is keen to own a stake in the lucrative instant coffee market, although Starbucks denies that Starbucks Via is an instant coffee. Starbucks quoted in its website: -</p>
