Almost eight months after Starbucks Corp. began selling its Via instant coffee in Seattle and Chicago, the company extended the offering of the dissolvable drink to the rest of the country and in its Canadian stores on September 29, 2009.
Clearly, Starbucks is keen to own a stake in the lucrative instant coffee market, although Starbucks denies that Starbucks Via is an instant coffee. Starbucks quoted in its website: -

Starbucks is popular with its Frappuccino, often some less popular drinks are left out. Starbucks’ Iced Mocha, for instance, is one heck of a drink. It’s sweet like chocolate but has distinctive coffee flavor as well. And it’s a lot cheaper than Frappuccino. Maybe you should give it a try once awhile.
Starbucks’ Iced Latte which was promoted together with Starbucks’ Dark Berry Mocha Frappuccino in Singapore is a refreshing drink. It’s good as a thirst-quenching drink and it’s an enjoyable drink. What’s more, one can add Irish cream to it, making it even a more wonderful drink.

Starbucks has reintroduced Coffee Jelly Frappuccino which was introduced previously. This time around, the jellies are bigger but softer. You can even suck the jelly out using the straw.

This morning, I planned to chill at Starbucks at KL Convention Center before PC Fair starts. I wanted to have the breakfast set with an upgrade to latte. However, at 8:45am, it’s still not yet opened. By 9am, I decided to leave since it didn’t seem to keen to serve customer like me. After waiting for close to 15 minutes, another customer came and the Starbucks staff seemed to abide him by opening the store and served him first before me.
Don’t get me wrong, if you have been following my blog, you know I am a BIG fan of Starbucks. But, on a day where all of us know there is a huge event, PC Fair, that’s it at 10am. Most of the people working in PC Fair already thronged the eateries around KL Convention Center by 8:30am. But, Starbucks is still closed?
I’m surprised and totally let down by Starbucks. I can even say the Starbucks staff in KL Convention Center are the most unfriendly people I ever met. Could anyone tell me what’s going on?
I bet there’s nothing like a refreshing cup of Iced Caramel Macchiato on a hot sunny days, huh? On other days, I love to have Starbucks Caramel Macchiato. It’s just perfect. Unlike Starbucks’ seasonal drinks, Starbucks Caramel Macchiato is available all year long.
Do you love Starbucks Caramel Macchiato as much as I do?
