Bundaberg Lemon Lime Bitters is sure a lovely drink, it has the sourness of the lemon lime and with pinches of bitterness, which in my opinion is good to have. It’s like beer, except it’s not as bitter. Perfect companion for Euro 2008, especially for those who prefer non-alcoholic drink.
You can get them from Cold Storage. Retails at RM 4.80+/-.

Daily Mail reported that scientists have claimed drinking wine damages the brain more than beer or spirits.
They say it particularly affects the hippocampus, the part of the brain associated with memory and spatial awareness, and one of the first areas to be affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
It could explain why millions forget what they are doing mid-task, or arrive in a room only to forget why they went there in the first place.

The coffee in Oldtown Kopitiam is really no big deal. The company has expanded with more branches, but the coffee is getting worse.

Continue from my previous Coffee Bean Lychee Ice-Blended Promo post, I have the opportunity to try Lychee Ice-Blended over the weekend. Yes, it tastes good. And yes, it tastes like lychee with the exception of additional whipped cream flavor (if you opt for whipped cream). Other than that, an icy cold lychee drink from any of those canned drinks would save you having to pay RM 10.00 (or RM 12.00 if you are not using Coffee Bean Card).

Coffee Bean Lychee Ice-Blended
Seriously, save that ten bucks. Get Mocha Mudslide Ice-Blended instead.

As the summer is burning hot, most of us will find icy cold juice to replenish ourselves at most time. Starbucks has come out with two new drinks for summer – Mango Passion Fruit and Raspberry Black Currant Frappuccino Blended Juice Drink.
Raspberry Black Currant Frappuccino Blended Juice Drink is refreshing but nothing to shout about. I still personally prefer Coffee Bean’s Lemon Zest Ice-Blended.

Have you tried “Wong Lo Kat” Herbal Drink in can? I have tried it numerous times and found it quite soothing. Unlike the traditional herbal drink, “Wong Lo Kat” is sweetened even though it says no preservatives on the can.

Wong Lo Kat Herbal Drink
The writings on the can says:
The origin of Chinese Herbal Drink dating from the Qing Dynasty, made from selected herbal ingredients using advanced scientific technique based on traditional recipe.
Currently retailing at RM 2.20 at most supermarkets, mini markets and groceries stores in Malaysia.

Real Power is Real Madrid C.F. Official Drink. It’s an energy drink and contains high level amount of caffeine. Like most energy drinks, Real Power contains taurine (carbohydrates), Glucoronolactone, caffeine, vitamins B12 and B8.
Funny though, the drink has a very strong flavor of jackfruit, a native fruit of southwestern India and Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Unless you love the taste of jackfruit, you won’t like this energy drink for sure.

Real Power Energy Drink
Alternatively, there is a Sports Drink version of Real Power.

Note: The Official Sports Drink is in white while the Energy Drink is in blue. However, the Energy Drink available in Malaysia is in white can.

Pokka has come out with a new range of green tea drinks, Honey Lemon being one of the flavors available. Pokka Green Tea Honey Lemon has the normal sour taste of lemon but mixed with sweet flavor of honey. In fact, it tastes pretty sweet.
Also available: Pokka Green Tea Peach.

Lipton Ice Tea Red is a new addition from Lipton to the existing range of Ice Tea product. It tastes slightly like a normal “Ice Tea” mixed with Strawberry and Raspberry. Though there’s a slight sour flavor, but contrary to the sour bit of the ordinary Ice Tea “Lemon” flavor, it has a bit of “sweetness” in it. And of course, the drink is red in color.
Overall, I still prefer the original flavor than Lipton Ice Tea Red.
